We use “independent” to describe the editorial approach of this directory. It does not mean that the listed hotels are independently owned, unbranded or unregulated. Hotel names and trademarks identify the properties being discussed; they do not imply that those properties have approved this website.
Editorial independence
Our editorial policy gives hotels no right to buy a favourable description, remove a relevant qualification or dictate the order of this collection. The present pages use direct, untagged links to official hotel websites. This directory does not take bookings, charge a booking fee or receive a payment through these links.
If a future commercial relationship affects a page, the relationship must be disclosed next to the relevant content before publication. Advertising and editorial material must be distinguishable. A commercial arrangement must not turn an unsupported claim into an editorial fact.
Clear about the evidence
This edition is based on desk research of official property information. It is not a record of an anonymous inspection programme, a mystery stay or a panel of verified guest reviews. We have not awarded numerical quality scores. An attractive building or a hotel’s own star description is not the same as a first-hand assessment of service.
Each profile links to its sources and highlights points to confirm before booking. Rates, inventory, ownership and access conditions can change. A source-review date records when the information was consulted; it is not a guarantee that every facility remains available.

It establishes a visual mood, rather than showing rooms, views or amenities at the listed hotels. For actual property photography, floor plans and room specifications, use the official hotel website.

Corrections that improve the guide
If a hotel detail is outdated, please send the page URL, the statement concerned and a current official source. We will assess the evidence and correct the entry where appropriate. A factual correction is separate from a request for promotional wording.
